Harmony Acres Dairy processes whole, creamline milk from our family dairy farm. Our milk is minimally processed, through low-temperature pasteurization, but is non-homogenized. Meaning that all of the cream is left in the products.  If left to settle, the cream will rise to the top, giving it that creamline nature.
